The third Study Visit took place in Coimbra on May 14-18 2018 and it counted with the participation of CAMINOS Latin American partners including universities, networks and university associations. The visit's main objective was to get to know the Support Services and Mobility Quality Tools at the University of Coimbra.

During the visit, all participants had the opportunity to get to know the Strategic Planning and Action Plans that the University of Coimbra have developed and implemented during the last decade. Representatives from the UC have also presented their Organisational Structure and Quality Management System, their Internationalisation Process and the Role of the International Relations Unit and the Recognition and Management of Staff Mobility through the REALISE project.

The Innovation and Knowledge Transfer Services, The Role of Academic Staff Mobility in the Quality of Student Mobility, the Quality Tools in the Management of Incoming and outgoing Student Mobility were also discussed during the visit.

Finally, participants also had the opportunity to visit the UC's Welcome Centre and the Casa da Lusofonia – International Student Lounge

The meeting has finished with a Wrap-up Workshop were partners were invited to discuss the latest developments on the CAMINOS-handbook and to discuss the forthcoming CAMINOS work plan.
