The first day of the meeting, hosted by at the UTPL's Convention Center, a public event to present the results of the CAMINOS project to the Ecuadorian academic and political representatives was organised. The dimensions of the bi-regional relations between the European Union and Latin America were discussed together with the Internationalization strategy of the Higher Education system in Ecuador

During the second day of the meeting in Quito, the partnership had the opportunity to look at the state of play of the ‘Guia’, CAMINOS' draft handbook, and also the chance to discuss the process as defined in the Guia.  All project partners were invited to participate in the meeting
